2024-10-17

From October 17 to 26, Shenzhen Fashion Week’s Spring/Summer 2025 series opened to great fanfare, with more than 40 shows presented over nine days. WONDERLAB, a Shenzhen-based company, appeared at the event as its only officially designated probiotic and nutritional-supplement sponsor. Together with international supermodel Cici Xiang, the brand walked the red carpet in show attire custom-made from recycled materials derived from WONDERLAB S100 product packaging. Its “Supermodel Probiotics S100” conveyed a new approach to healthy living through a fashion-forward attitude.

On the evening of October 17, the VOGUE Forces of Fashion Gala lit up the Shenzhen Bay waterfront and opened elegantly under the theme “FORCES OF FASHION.” The event transformed the Cross Street area of Shenzhen Bay MixC into a runway, where numerous entertainment-industry celebrities appeared in haute couture. Fashion opinion leaders, designers, actors, athletes, supermodels and other industry figures from China and abroad gathered to witness the star-studded occasion.

During the runway segment, international supermodel Cici Xiang became a highlight of the show in WONDERLAB’s custom-made fashion apparel created with recycled materials. The apparel was made from recycled plastic packaging from WONDERLAB probiotic products, which was processed into part of the recycled fabric and then carefully designed to combine environmental protection with fashion. As a Shenzhen-based company, WONDERLAB continues to pursue technological innovation and breakthroughs in probiotic products while actively responding to the dual-carbon action and pursuing sustainable development. To date, WONDERLAB has held five seasons of its Empty Bottle Return Program, recycling a total of 1,486,323 empty bottles and reducing carbon emissions by approximately 19,322,199 g. The design of this recycled-material apparel responds to the Fashion Week’s theme of “sustainability” and reflects the company’s commitment to and advocacy of green development.

As the event’s only officially designated probiotic and nutritional-supplement sponsor, WONDERLAB brought its flagship SHAPE100™ Probiotics (S100) to the event to share a new healthy lifestyle with fashion audiences. According to a WONDERLAB clinical report, SHAPE100™ Probiotics were developed using the company’s first proprietary strain. Each bottle contains 20 billion CFU of live probiotics, including WONDERLAB proprietary patented strains and imported Spanish strains. The product was validated in a five-week real-world clinical study involving more than 600 participants, and has received 11 patent certifications in 16 countries. All four strains underwent whole-genome sequencing, and the product holds U.S. FDA GRAS, EU EFSA QPS and SGS certifications. Research results indicate that S100 Probiotics can accelerate fat metabolism and help the body burn and reduce fat. Since its launch in January 2024, the product has ranked among the top sellers across major platforms.

In today’s fast-paced urban life, health and fashion are both major topics of public interest. As a biotech innovation company specializing in probiotics and other micro-ecosystem fields, WONDERLAB has long focused on gastrointestinal function research and probiotic product development. With appropriate probiotic supplementation alongside a healthy diet and exercise—and by avoiding extreme weight-loss methods—WONDERLAB’s “Supermodel Probiotics S100” has become a health product recognized and welcomed by people in the fashion community.
